  I took the risk and ordered 2 pillows that came close to $300. If they were great pillows (which they should have been for that price), I would have kept them. Instead, the pillows I purchased years ago that were less than a fifth of the price this company charges are several times more comfortable. Although the refund was approved, I am completely unsatisfied with the fact that I had to pay for shipping costs to ship the pillows back to this company. The shipping costs through USPS with tracking (which they require for the refund) was $23.70. It was not my fault these extremely expensive pillows were not comfortable. I was actually going to purchase and try out some of their "pure" feather pillows (these were listed under the feather pillows but were not "pure" feather pillows) but as the operator (David) explained this to me, he had a rather condescending tone (for example, laughing as I read him the contents of the pillow that I thought was very comfortable that was in my possession) and I didn't appreciate that whatsoever. He made me feel like he was speaking down to me instead of trying to be helpful. He came across as quite pretentious. For that reason alone, I won't be attempting to try out their "pure" feather pillows. I wouldn't waste my time or money here.
